  • How long are shipping times?

    Time sensitive naturals such as live plants and cut flowers are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

    For nonperishable items such a planters, jardiniere etc, standard shipping time are typically 3-5 business days (excluding holdays) but subject to change dependng on the weather and or any delays with the shipping provider.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  • What's your return policy?

    You can return non perishable items within 14 days from the date of shipment at your expense.

    Please note that merchandise that has been altered, sale items, or markdown items are not returnable.

    For Cut Flowers and Live Plants, returns are not accepted, if your package has been damaged , send us an email asap at customerservice@plantsandflowersnearme.com

  • Do you ship in all the US States?

    Generally, we ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states.

  • Do you have specific state restrictions?

    Citrus plants cannot be shipped to California

  • Do you ship plants internationally?

    Currently, we're shipping exclusively within the USA*. But we're eager to take our products international and would love your input on where to head next.
